To impact today's youth requires lasting and trusting relationships with healthy caring role models. In general, the troubled teens are disciplined by being punished which exacerbates the problem. Project Pride invests the time and care to empower rather then punish. Pride inspires through a long term mentoring program. A multi dimensional team which includes pp youth councilors and social workers and school councilors work together for each individual youth. A non-judgmental, warm and intimate mentoring will facilitate the inspiration that change lives for good.
